I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their listing in my opinion."
