"Staff were very courteous. The bigger resort facilities were good. The pool was excellent. The room was OK. The bathroom was a bit low quality. Restaurant was OK, breakfast was poor. But the price was very good. "

"This is a nice budget hotel. Although there was issue with lights going out couple of times and u need bucket & a portable heater for shower at night, overall stay was good. It's close to the train station and other attractions. Breakfast is good - chai is excellent. "

"Our visit to the property and reception by the front desk was excellent. They had my document ready. Just a signature of confirmation, ID proof and the room was allotted in 30 seconds. While entered the room, it was very clean and fresh. The munch snacks were available inside the room. All basic needs were in place. Room service was above the level with highly humble and polite behaviour of the staff. The breakfast offered by the hotel was very delicious with varieties. Overall, it was very comfortable stay at the property. We will surely consider this property for future stay."

"I had a very disappointing stay at VITS Hotel, Karad. Despite being a premium-priced property, the service quality was extremely poor. • In-Room Dining was a nightmare — delayed responses, overpriced items, and basic amenities like water were not provided on time. • Room service was unresponsive even after repeated calls. • Hospitality was unprofessional — we submitted Aadhaar cards for both guests at check-in, yet were later asked to pay extra for the second person. • The overall experience felt like we were being overcharged for below-average service. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples or anyone expecting even basic hospitality."
