"We have stayed at the Sanibel Island Beach resort multiple times we like the easy access to the beach and nice pool. The rooms are always clean and the environment is usually peaceful. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay this time is all the construction going on. Me, my wife, our 6 month old and my grandmother in-law stayed together in one room. "We love Kona Kai! This was our 3rd stay with them. Quiet and well maintained. Little kitchen area and updated room/ bathroom very nice. Nice, clean pool, love that it's deep! Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. We felt like we were the only ones there. So relaxing!!!! Will definitely be back!"

"Great location and restaurants. Nice that there was a freezer with the in-room refrigerator. Rooms were spacious with a small kitchenette. Only complaint was that there wasn’t any hot water for showers in the morning."

"The Pool and Tiki bar were the best part of the property. The staff were friendly and polite. The property is run down and still needs repair from storm damage. Rooms had damaged floors and in need of updates. With so many rooms it is hard to believe I could only find 1 handicapped parking space and 1 person occupied it for most of the time I was there. I’d recommend this to a young group people who enjoy drinking and music at the tiki bar or anyone who likes daytime sunning at the pool or...
