"A great place to stay on Sanibel! We loved the bikes and used them to ride all over the island (they have baskets which is also helpful). The beach is <1 mile away and less 8 min bike ride. The rooms are well decorated, updated, and good for a short stay. We did find someone else's shorts under the bed and a few of the dishes weren't clean, so a little more attention needs to be put on cleaning, but overall the unit was well kept! "Very clean rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook/bake anything. Beautiful views. One downside was the earlier closing hours (7PM for restaurants/services/market/beach chairs). When we visited mid-June, the sunset was not until after 8:30."

"Be prepared to spend money, everything cost extra. Drinks are expensive and you have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas everyday from a third party vendor. Air conditioning in room couldn’t keep up, was set to 70 degrees and never got under 74 day or night."
