"We had a 3 night stay in July & it was excellent. We really liked the location of the hotel as it was in a more quieter location but still easy to walk to all the sites. We had a top floor room with a terrace which was great. Nice selection for breakfast. The staff at the hotel are great, really friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again in wonderful Venice."

"I enjoyed my time here. I selected it due to having an included breakfast (which was excellent) and being on the main part of the island close to Piazza San Marco and other meeting points for daily group tours if needed (it was my first time in Venice). The hotel staff was kind, helpful with directions and tips from the outset, and friendly day in and out during my 4 day/3 night stay. The room has air conditioning if that’s important to you (it was for me after some hot days wandering about in July) and it was clean. Housekeeping keeps the hotel and your room tidy. If I spent more time at the hotel, I’m sure I would have enjoyed it. Solid choice for a hotel in Venice that I wouldn’t hesitate to book again on a return visit. It was very easy to get to and from the airport and water taxi at the Rialto stop - a direct 200 meter walk to the hotel was simple to navigate even during a crowded afternoon arrival when many people are roving the alleys of Venice."
