"We’ve stayed at this hotel A couple of times now. Enjoyed the friendly staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The indoor pool made our stay more enjoyable."

"I chose to stay at this hotel specifically because I wanted to use the pool. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the pool was closed. While I understand that the hotel cannot control the weather, I was disappointed that the staff said there would be no accommodations, such as a return pass or future opportunity to use the pool, despite that being one of the main reasons for my stay. This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced here, and it seems like every time I stay, something goes wrong....

"The suite is very spacious. Breakfast was pretty minimal but the hotel was easy to find and right next to a target and Albertsons. Things updated and clean. I just don’t really like hotels that open up to the outside but overall it was fine."

"Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. I’m from the area but moved away so I know the area well. I stayed here because I wanted to avoid the “touristy” areas and higher crime areas. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again."

"To close to major traffic so very noisy, couldn’t close blackout drapes so lights from business across the street shown into your room all night"

"Everything was handled virtually and with total ease. The access codes worked, the room was immaculate, and engagement with stuff was professional and courteous, from start to finish."

"The window in the room was broken and opened, and all I heard was cars going up and down the nearby Boulevard all night. There was all kinds of dirt around the window and window ledge. Other than not getting much sleep…"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful. I did not get to use the hot tub or swimming pool but maybe another time. I will be staying here again."

"Room was very clean, along with most of the inside. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room was noisy due to external remodeling work (reported to front desk), a mini-fridge that sounded like Niagara Falls and HVAC that was louder than expected (not reported). Desk staff was helpful, apologetic about daytime noise and advised us when asked that since we booked on Expedia, this would not give us IGH points. Further, at check-in we were advised Expedia does not send all of the hotel...

"The hotel is old. The bartender was amazing, however, aside from that, it wasn’t the best experience."
