"Have stayed there twice; (1st) when it was still Solplay and (2nd) under the new name, MS Aparthotel. The property is rundown. From the moment entered the lobby, had a very musty smell. Only one elevator in service, which meant that it took forever to get to one’s room when people were checking in or were arriving. Even had to take stairs to floor 5 because elevator wait too long. "Room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. Love the finishing touches on the room that they leave you to find such as the grandfather clock in my room that opens and lights up. Just be aware cars cannot drive right up to the main entrance. It was a little confusing for my driver who pulled up to the top of the building and I had to dodge partygoers with my luggage in a dark bar. Would stay again and would recommend."

"The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."
