"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"It is a lovely property, and so convenient to the Field of Miracles. Our room was small, but prettily decorated and comfortable. There is currently a huge construction project going on right at the hotel’s entrance (a new piazza?) but this didn’t hamper our stay."

NUMBER ONE .. room was close to the street and very noise for that . Is you are planing to sleep well , you will not . NUMBER TWO .. "We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early. "Wir haben 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Hotel im Januar genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. "This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."
