"Great! Will stay again. "

"The hotel was in a great central location and the room itself was decorated nicely, but unfortunately there were several small details that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The bathroom sink drain seemed partially clogged, which was a little off-putting, and there were unfinished details in the room like only part of the door being painted. The TV also didn’t work during our stay. The biggest issue was that we were placed right in the middle of an active construction area. Every time we left the room, there were construction workers throughout the hallways, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and not very relaxing. Overall, while the hotel has potential and the location was convenient, the experience didn’t feel ideal for what was supposed to be a peaceful weekend getaway."

"The STAFF!! Wow I was so amazed. They were the nicest and most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever seen at a front desk. These are all the reasons why this hotel has blown every other hotel. I’ve stayed at out of the water: Unlimited free water bottles Gave a bag of free dog treats Hot tub and pool open till 10 PM Extra towel towels and rooms Bed is extremely comfortable Free parking Close to everything Did not discriminate with my service dog Every other hotel was sold out, forcing me to stay at Hilton, and I initially was upset. After staying here, I will not book elsewhere!!"

"Room had an intense cleaning smell masking stale pee. Only one worker at a time so couldn’t call up anything to the room. Didn’t feel safe leaving my girls alone in the room asleep if I need to go down and pick up extra towels or blankets. Crowded kitchen room. Over paid"

"The overall property was very pretty but wasn’t very well kept. When I got in I was told I was staying in the only room attached to the lobby. I noticed that there was another room across that had a resident living there. While I had been throughly instructed that smoking was not allowed on the property and would result in a fine, I was greeted by the resident smoking multiple times during my stay. I was also kept up by the noise of another room above mine. The room was overall fine besides the bed being broken on one side. The bathroom had no sap, shampoo or conditioner. The location of the property is nice but to say it is walkable to anywhere is a stretch as it sits on a busy street without a sidewalk. The hill leading down to said street is quite steep and has a drain with a constant water flow that causes the already steep hill to become quite slippery and dangerous. The pool hours are 7am to 10pm but when I checked in they let me know it was 7 to 7 and when I followed up, asking if it was open till 10 they told me it was but I had to quiet if I wanted to go after 7pm. Which is fine but odd they would say it’s open until 10 if they don’t want guests going after 7pm. Overall, I would not recommend."
