"Very noisy next door…cleaning crew flushing toilet non-stop! The view from our room was a wall..they could have put us in a better room! Especially when the place was empty? They weren’t at full capacity…never going there again! The elevators were the worst,,we have ever been in.Every time it stopped we had to brace ourselves,Buttons didn’t work properly.. Never Again!"

"The location is very convenient and the views were awesome. The room was also very clean and quiet. Our only problem was with the extremely unhelpful staff member who couldn’t even tell us if our room came with a refrigerator or not. We had called ahead of time to find out this information and she simply said that she was new and it would stay on our reservation. We told her we booked through Expedia and she told us to simply go to the website and look it up there. How are we supposed to go look...

"The suite was extremely comfortable and perfect for a big family, the beds in the rooms and sofa beds were comfortable and all rooms had their own ac to have preferences for each area. The showers were nice and clean. The only downside was the parking is not free, room service is by request only and the breakfast is not included. But overall we would stay here again the stay was very comfortable and we were able to sign into Netflix streaming."

"It’s a spacious clean room with great AC, great blinds on window, plenty of lighting fixtures and great size TV Set. The location could not be better, right off the freeway, 24/7 Denny’s restaurant next door, walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store and shopping area. Only two things I was not ok with, the beds are noisy and the parking and hallways were very dark after sundown. I had to watch my every step going up or down stairs to feel safe."
