"We have been to this resort more than a dozen times. The last two times we have stayed have been poor. This time we reserved a suite. The room was not ready at 4pm so the clerk offered us the Penthouse. Ok yea sure but then had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours until we got to the penthouse apartment. ..."
