"We are very pleased with the location and condition of this property. The condo is super clean, well decorated and well equipped. Minutes of walk to Navarre Beach and the quiet Opal Beach. Beautiful views of the sound from the Balcony. "

"Property management was not available. There was no communication as to how to check in. It took hours to get through to someone to get the door code. Then there were bathroom plumbing issues, broken shower doors and broken tub drains. I do not think this was a good value for my money and I wouldn't stay here again. I still never received an email from property management, but they have emailed me confirmation of two other peoples stays since I've checked out."

"Summerwinds (the property) is great and I plan to return. The mattresses are soft, I hope the owners upgrade them. Slept on the king and tested the lower bunk out of curiosity. Removed one star on comfort only for this fact. The jack n Jill style bathroom is smart (2 toilets, 2 sinks and 1 shower), along with the added convenience of the stackable washer / dryer. Be forewarned - there are no beach chairs or umbrellas, no beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates - no...

"Did not get codes when I was supposed to. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Moldy shower curtains. Sleeps 8 but only seating for 5 in living area. No cleaning supplies. Very limited toilet paper. Main patio door was broken and extremely hard to open to the point that we couldn’t use the balcony without going thru master. Bed broken in master making for terrible sleep. Not terrible overall but not very pleased for the money we spent."
