"This is an excellent cost effective hotel. The owners are new. They are making improvements. My room was refinished with nice tile floor, new firm bed, clean sheets and bedspread. The landscaping was redone. They are still working on renovations of some parts of the hotel. I recommend this for a good cost effective spot in Milton. Easy walk to the Thursday farmers market and some good restaurants."

"I would recommend sleeping in your car than this hotel. Hair on bathroom wall, doors had cracks where insects could get in, new bed, room looks early 2000's, no iron in room nor did front desk have iron. Entire experience gave off SCI-FI vibes. They should pay people to stay there not charge!!!!!!!"

"The motel was closed and converted to migrant apartments 2 months ago according to the locals. We got there at midnight and had to scramble to find another motel. TERRIBLE 1st time Expedia experience. We want our money back. "
