"BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! Loeki was the most incredible hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. "The rooms are not clean, air conditioning was terrible. The staff made a lot of noise right outside our room during the day and night, I could barely sleep. The restaurant employees act as if you are bothering them by being there, I couldn’t even order a cup of coffee without being side eyed by an employee. Biggest regret was staying here even if it was only a few hours. "

"I am an avid traveler, especially to the Caribbean and I was quite disappointed with my stay at The Rif in Curacao. Firstly, they never responded to any of my messages on the app leading up to my stay to confirm a crib for my son and balloon decor for the room. All of wish I had to take care of once I landed. Then, once we arrived and checked in, I had to call front desk multiple times for the crib. We waited in the room for 2 hours just to ensure arrival. Next, the hospitality from the staff...

"The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. "

"Friendly staff, nearby everything, great bar and casino. The only down side was that there was no hot water for the whole stay due to plumbing issues so it was not pleasant to shower but they were aware of and reportedly actively working on it and something outside of their control. "

"The Dolphin suites have great location with acces to Mambo beach, the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good. "

"I had such an amazing stay at the Pietermaai Oasis. The apartment was very cozy, clean and located in a central location, so it was easy to explore many areas around Willemstad. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely sty here again when I return to Curaçao. "
