"Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). Poolside bar was a nice touch as well. Had bikes to loan and a kayak for the lagoon it sits on. We loved this place."

"We had a lovely time here. The staff is attentive and kind. We were initially assigned a room on the 2nd floor. The manager observed that I was moving slowly due to a recent knee injury, and moved us to the ground floor next to the pool and breakfast area. All this without us even asking. "We stayed here for three nights in the family suite (a newer building, a short walk from the main reception). It was excellent! They have a pool, a large living room, a kitchen, and hammocks.
