"Exceptional Staff and Service in Santiago
I recently stayed at Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel & Casino in Santiago, and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member was respectful, gracious, polite, and genuinely inviting. It's rare to find such consistently excellent service, and it made my stay truly memorable.

"Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc.
My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen.
