"Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience
At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price.
Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

"Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good.
I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult."

"The beach view was astonishing, you can enjoy it practically from every room, the room spotless clean.
The staff very professional and friendly, always showing genuine hospitality. We were very impressed, and I have to tell you we have been in many 5 stars, specially in both coasts of Florida.
Definitely recommend… and we want to return there soon!😎😌😊"

"The poolside and beachside seating was limited. Pool bar in more private area. People pretty nice and generally provide good service and seem happy to be there. The room was "tired" and was musty. Needed a dehumidifier. TV and AC also went out that both required maintenance. "
