"The property was very pretty. We had a classic suite, which was actually two adjoining rooms, so it was very spacious,with two bathrooms, a great bargain. We had dinner there once, and my meal was very good, but my wife's was awful. She had bthe cabrito, which was nothing but bones and tough sinew which she couldn't cut with a knife, no meat. But the breakfasts were great, and our stay was very pleasant overall."

"This is a very special property. Upon check in, we were told the legend of Pedro and Innes, a tragic and romantic story that allegedly took place here. This set the tone for our exploration of this grand and historic accommodation. The public lounges are exquisite, and the library is full of old-world charm. "Manager was very helpful. Though the location is not close to the old town, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and took very cheap Uber rides to the old town. We would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with a perfect location! We loved the view of the river and of course The Guggenheim Museum. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly."

"It’s a nice experience in this hotel. It’s worth while little away from the big city, that’s what we wanted. The amenities within the room and common areas are very good and well maintained. Feels like a new hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. The typical European breakfast and 24 hours availability of coffee and juices are plus. Only one concern was that the room on the main road side was not enough noise proof."

"The room access was by a narrow staircase and was two levels down from the entry. Breakfast and coffee were basic. In the bathroom, the ceiling had water infiltrating from the level above. The room was large and nicely decorated. The bed and pillow were good."
