"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts...

"The location of this property provides for an exclusive vibe. It is a bit of a difficult and scary ride up the hilly roads, but the location itself was gorgeous and truly a comfortable and peaceful stay. The indoor pool is quite large and was a highlight for us. The restaurant was also really good and we enjoyed our meals here. Our room was a little smaller than expected but well setup and comfortable. Nothing to complain about during a charming and peaceful stay !"

"Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

"Exceptional hotel. location was great. Very clean and modern. the staff went above and beyond and gave us an early check in when we arrived. One of the best complimentary breakfasts with a ton of variety. We loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall we can’t say a bad word about it. We would def come back!"
