The room was quite clean, but it was a bit awkward to have the toilet and shower share a door (only one could be closed at a time) and be open to the main living area. "I had an amazing stay at this place. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of space and amenities onsite. I stayed in a studio unit because I was a solo traveler. I had everything I needed. There were plenty of toiletries, sheets, and towels within the unit. For convenience, there was also a washer and dryer. "Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "

During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful.
