"Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"Terrible experience for a high price tag. Do NOT book!! Cockroach in room & bathroom. Rooms not serviced in time and ee had to request basic amenities multiple times as they were not refilled. Lifts slow and overcrowded, creating backlog getting up or down from rooms.Room paid for was bay view, received room with garden view and told hotel is fully booked. Breakfast options are okay, but not refilled efficiently and dishes are left on tables long after guests leave. Staff standing around...

The staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Helpful in scheduling taxis & answering questions you may have in regard transportation to/from excursions or shopping. "The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime.
