"We had a very nice experience when we first checked in. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had been remodeled and was very nice and clean, and the shower was absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately, our experience later that night was very frightening. The guests in the room next door, room 217, were yelling and screaming for an extended period of time. We could hear what sounded like someone being pushed and slapped around, along with things being knocked over in the room. It was extremely disturbing and frightening to hear, and we honestly did not feel safe. It made it very difficult to sleep that night.
Thankfully, things eventually settled down around 11:30 p.m., but the experience was very upsetting. We have stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience, so it was especially disappointing to have such a frightening night this time. I hope the hotel will take situations like this seriously because guests should be able to feel safe and comfortable in their rooms."
