"We stayed here after getting off a cruise since there was no flight out until the next day. The staff was so incredibly nice. They held our bags and we were able to use the pool and go to the beach while waiting for our room to be ready. They even got us in our room right away. Bartenders by the pool were great and we even ordered room service which came fast and was great. If we are ever in the area again we will for sure stay here. "

"Did not have any meals on property. Rather expensive when there are so many wonderful options around town. Parking was ample. Rooms show a little age, and the pillows are crap, but you can request foam pillows. Overall it is a good place to stay with oceanfront balconies. "

"Great little spot right on the beach. Staff was amazing, showed us around the property while checking in and accompanied us to our room to go over ac etc. Definitely would stay here again "

"The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind. "

"Rooms were clean and was nice to have all of the kitchen amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi strength was not very consistent."

"We were there for two hours and checked out. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen . The room was hot. There was a Walmart shopping cart just on its side by the side of the building . It was definitely minimum for the money. I am so disappointed and want my money back. We had to spend money to get another hotel for the evening and got an attitude when I said we were not happy and were not staying . "

"Great value and excellent care from the hosts. Very close to Patrick SFB. Comfortable, extra supplies & sweet/safe neighborhood to walk. Wonderful overall! "

"What should have been a free intercontinental breakfast was instead at $20 charge to use. Coffee barista at Starbucks had difficulty providing us with a basic cup of coffee and bagel. (We actually received a fork to butter the bagel!) Finally, we were charge $12 a beer at your bar for a basic domestic draft. We're in Melbourne, not NYC! Am going to refer my friends to the Hyatt adjacent to the airport in the future."

"Nice hotel. The beds could be better, ours had coils you could feel. Shower was good, access to the room and patling great. Fitness center has the basics plus. Good location."

"Our flight was late and the resort reached out to us to make sure we were still coming. They left our door unlocked with our keys inside. Small, quaint and worked around our schedule. Location is close to restaurants and right on a strip of fun things to do. Walked out to the ocean this morning and watched the sunrise. Right on the water!"

"The breakfast was delightful and the hosts are warm and welcoming! It is truly a relaxing inn. The inn is in the perfect location to watch a launch from the beach then walk to the pier to see the sunset or take in morning walks on the beach, ride a bike or explore the area! We hope to be back soon! "

"Couldn’t get any closer to the beach, great location, cleanliness was excellent & had everything we needed, communication from was great. We saw an air display & rocket launch from the view! Couldn’t ask for more. "

"Delicious breakfast and comfortable accommodations. The spa and pool were just what we needed. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants."

"Clean room. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool is not clean or in use. Other tenants living on the property were smoking marijuana, which we smelled in our room and we don’t smoke that nor can stand the smell. Was not offered extra towels or bathing essentials for our 2 night stay for 3 people. "
