I was also unable to park behind the building near my room because mattresses and furniture had been piled up in front of a dumpster.
To make matters worse, I had to change rooms twice due to multiple issues. What was particularly concerning was that the employee at the front desk...

"My husband and I stayed here and the location was great. The shuttles run to more than just the airport and the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast was as good as I expected. The room wasn’t as updated as some properties we’ve stayed at, but they’re not shabby. The beds were very hard though."

I notified the front desk but she seemed skeptical and implied that I must have been mistaken or might not know know how to flip the light switch. The customer is never wrong except when it comes to turning on a light switch.
The second room was worse than the first. The bed and shower were set up for handicapped...
