"I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great."

"The hotel is very clean, and comfortable however I find it crazy that you have to pay $15 to park overnight while I’m literally paying for a room. And the front desk receptionist can definitely have a better attitude. I would not stay here but if you’re open to paying for parking and breakfast then it’s a nice place to stay."

"Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!"
