"Good day. I am writing because we had a flood in our room. They came and fixed it but our clothes and personal stuff were all wet. It was leaking all day. No one from the staff came and asked us if everything was ok. It was just brushed off. No offers for another room or anything. Highly disappointed. I would write anything but when we first arrived there was jack hammering going in in the construction and we were on the 2nd floor. It seemed like a nightmare from the beginning. I enjoyed my stay in London but not at the hotel. I just survived breast cancer and this was my cancer free vacation. I hope you can make this right. Sincerely Rachael Hettinger. "A nice tiny hotel close enough to London and within easy walking distance of Farringdon station. There are a number of good restaurants close to the hotel and the area is safe and quiet. A great place to set up a London HQ! The rooms were on the small side but we knew that before we placed our booking. No complaints. Happy with Yotel! "
