"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"The host, Ken, and all the staff were so nice and helpful. They had plenty of recommendations for places to go and see and even taught me a new card game. I can’t recommend them enough if you are staying in the Denver area. The breakfast were homemade every day according to preferences and they were delicious. The property itself was gorgeous and the views were great. If I’m ever in Colorado I’ll be staying there again!"

"I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised. I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great. "We got in for a long day of traveling at 1am, they had a free shuttle that picked us up at the airport, the staff at the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful! The room was chilled and very comfortable, free breakfast that was available but we missed it because we slept in :) The fitness center is great, has Eve you need to get a good workout in, including a Peloton. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Dark location. No lights on the outside of the building after midnight"

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"Terrible staff. The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"
