"I picked this hotel specifically because the website says there is a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Upon arriving at DIA he waited forever, to the point a different shuttle service offered and drove him to the hotel. In the morning when he asked about the shuttle for a ride back to DIA they told him it wasn’t running because they were at lunch, it was 9am…. Very very inconvenient and not only took the smoothness out of all the planning I put into this trip for him, I had to also pay for an uber "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. They let us know exactly when we needed to be downstairs for the shuttle which was very helpful so we didn't miss out. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Nice and quiet. Shuttle was very convenient for get from and to the airport. The hotel is not really close to anything, so may need to use Uber to get around."

"The breakfast menu is always fresh , the staff are always pleasant expect for Jenny who is very rude and doesn't provide a welcoming attitude very poor customer service always grumpy 😔 the AC and heat work so very well however after my last stay and experience with Jenny and John I will never stay at this location again ."
