"I had a 12:30 am arrival time so my husband and I decided to stay in a hotel instead of driving an hour back home.
The shuttle bus was prompt and the driver very friendly.
When we arrived, as I was walking through the lobby, I could tell this hotel's management took alot of pride in making sure your stay was an excellent experience.
Our room had a wet bar and sitting area and king sized bed. Bathroom had a walking shower. All the furnishings were all updated and we really felt indulged in this...

"The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there."

"The room was fine but there’s no regular cleaning every day or a note in the room for how to request more towels. Also, staff placed a known noise issue below my room and when I was awoken at 2am, didn’t address the problem. After speaking with the manager, her response was, “I’ll call you back” and then ignore the issue. I was woken up the next night as well before a 6am flight. For the price, I was disappointed in my stay and won’t recommend them going forward."

"There were definitely some things that needed to be fixed. The walls had obvious patches. The tub- you could only use the shower as the water wouldn’t come out of the faucet and the plug didn’t work well. There appeared to be some old toothpaste on the wall near the sink. The little headrest on the couch was partially broken. We had to ask for a coffee pot as there wasn’t one in the room not sure if it was removed for cleaning as the other coffee goodies were in there.
