"Lovely room, comfortable beds. Nice couple who run/own the place. Smashing breakfast. Highly recommend."

Location (for us) excellent, situated on the quieter side of Scarborough but with easy access to walks along cliff top promenade and gardens together with reasonably near access to main town area. "We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings"

"Great location & lovely spacious room. Communication was exceptional & everything was easy to understand. We would recommend staying here as it’s very quiet but so easy to get into Whitby & a few metres from the beach. We have already said we want to stay again."

There was a light on the landing which through the nite kept coming on and lit up the whole bedroom because of the gaps around the illegal fire door. We trid to cover door with a blanket to cover the light but it didnt realy work. Next time we stay in whitby...
