"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.
The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh options, but as someone who doesn't drink dairy, I would have loved to see a plant-based milk option (like oat, almond, or soy) available for the coffee and cereal. Adding that one small touch would make the breakfast absolutely perfect!

"The property is located in a good location easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping and hospital. Didn't interact much with staff but when I did they were friendly. As it is under the umbrella of Wyndham was disappointed in the appearance of carpets that had stains and looked very old and room was generally clean but drawers were not wiped or areas dusted. Not enough towels in the room for more than one person. I would stay again if needed but wouldn't be my first choice."

"Underground parking made our trip covenient know our car was safe. Public transportation was used throughout our trip and the staff was very helpful while we navigated. The whole facility was great and extremely clean. Washer, dryer and kitchen we a much with little kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool although it was in the apartment building next door and took a little extra navigating to find it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

The people at the front desk weren’t welcoming and even when I placed an uber eat delivery they made me come downstairs and bring it myself, they wouldn’t bring it to my room. "We were attending a concert at Roger’s Stadium so we chose proximity over great accommodations. The hotel was fine for our needs (ie. a safe place to sleep), but the hotel itself was meh.
We came by train and walked on foot to the hotel. The entrance is not very clear or welcoming and the actual front desk is up on the second floor. The front desk person was pleasant enough no details given except for what we asked (continental breakfast location)
We opted for the “run of the house” and...
