"Stayed here for one night on April 25-26
Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part
I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that...

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "

"The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside.
Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together.
Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment.
