"incroyable séjour dans un environnement de réve. la toscane !!"

"Centrally located just few minutes away from Duomo"

"Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that"

"good room and good location"

"Beautiful room and property"

"I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance."

"Location!"

"We really enjoyed this hotel! Spectacular location! It was so close to everything. The room we had was more like a 1 bed apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. Staff was friendly & the hotel was quiet."

"This was an excellent apartment. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The elevator in the building was a convenient bonus. It is conceniently located a short walk from the SMN train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful and personable. I would love to stay here again!"

"Great location and very nice place to stay. Very comfortable beds and coffee machine. Highly recommend staying here"

In-suite water kettle, tea, sugar, and coffee and water by main desk. Unfortunately the safe was broken upon arrival, we were not informed till we asked. It's nice to have a secure space for documents during travel, hopefully it gets replaced. On our last night, the WIFI network was down, Sunday, hence not much can be done. We...
