"Drove a long time to go to a wedding. Got to Danfords late at night got to my room that doesn’t look like the pictures online. Wanted to shower but there were no towels in the room. Had to call desk which took many times to get a human to ask for towels. She finally came w one hand towel and 2 shower towels. After she left I went to use the bathroom. Water came out of the sink brown and there was poop in the toilet. I told the desk they could care less. Obvi that room WAS NOT cleaned before...

"The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful."

"I feel like you can’t go really wrong with a Hampton. They are usually well maintained and have great staff. This one was no exception."

"The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower."

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The morning coffee was delicious and complimentary. My only complaint is that I did not like the use of Direct TV."

"I chose it because of the price. You get what you paid for. A dated hotel that needs updating and maintenance, a working breakfast buffet, better ventilation. Too bad since it’s is big, had a large pool, and has a good location with not a lot of hotel options in the area."

"We booked a non-smoking room and got the opposite. The whole building smelled of cigarettes! The bathtub was dirty; the window screen was broken and so was the security bar."

"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet one morning and it was...
