"Location is very convenient, room is nice but lots of issues : 1)- thermostat doesn’t work well, room either too hot or too cold. Notify staff and nothing was done. 2)- Mirror in bathroom if too dark and not useable. 3)- Staff on weekend has no knowledge of anything else except checking in and our for guests. 4)- Breakfast is nice but eating in the dark and low ceiling basement is not a way to start your day. 5)- management is completely out of touch on the weekend."

"The apartment is in a great location to explore Bergen from with the main high street 5-10 minutes walk, the Fishmarket 10-15 and Bryggen around 20 minutes walking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby along with the mandatory 7-11 on most corners. "Hospitality and restaurants were on strike for the duration of our stay, but the stay present were all very helpful and available. The only thing we noticed were that the hallways could have a better hoovering. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have even known they were short staffed. The street noise can be loud but they provide earplugs.
