Staff were lovely and offered a bandaid to cover the glass. Staff overall were super customer service oriented and just extremely gracious! "

"When we got to our room, the air-conditioning was not working. We were traveling with our granddaughter and we had to have a technician come in and change the air-conditioning from the wall control to the window control. It was 80° when we got in our room."
