"I can see why someone would be tricked into staying here if they weren’t from New York and thought they were getting an ideal location as it’s on Stone Street, but this is a hotel for people who don’t know how to stay at hotels. It’s terrible. The staff is terrible if you want absolutely no service. This is the place for you."

"Was super surprised by the $35/night destination fee that I unexpectedly had to pay at check-in. All that came with that was a grab and go breakfast (packaged granola bars & oranges), you also get a $20 credit per room to spend at the café or the lounge bar. Which just feels scammy. There are no fridges in the rooms. There was an obscene amount of dust in the little cubbies at the base of the bed. There was no body lotion. "The check in was easy and the staff was nice, however the property seemed to be in a bit of disarray. Elevator wasn’t working at one point and we had to use the service elevator. No toiletries or trash can in the bathroom. Location is nice"

"Reasonably priced ( total rarity) and worth at least 3 stars for that alone. It's what it is in Manhattan. Tiny room but it provides ALL you'll need. Including a couple cold waters and chips and NO ONE does that. Super clean. Close to EVERYTHING. Staff was ok; stayed out of way. And that's very cool. I've stayed in a half dozen or so hotels in Manhattan in the last year or so and This place is the sole hotelier that didn't monkey with the charges trying to gouge me. Sad but true. Props to...

"Très bonne adresse pour un séjour a New York. la chambre assez grande pour un séjour en famille avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire a manger (dommage simplement qu'il n'y ait pas une table avec chaises pour le coin repas) car tout est bien pensé en dehors de cela. Les garçons ont adoré la salle de jeux avec billard, table de ping pong, bandes arcades et baby foot. "
