"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"Room was spacious for NYC and also clean. We had a room that wasn’t facing Lexington so it was really quiet. Great location for us. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Price was great for the city."

Las ventanas son de piso a techo, lo que hace que la experiencia se sienta todavía más especial. Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas para lo que normalmente ofrece Nueva York, y el baño también es excelente y muy amplio. La ubicación es increíble: prácticamente frente a Bryant Park, entre la 5ta y 6ta Avenida....

"The room was clean, nice bathroom with good towels, lobby was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. They were even able to supply a kettle and mini fridge. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers."

"Well maintained rooms. Very pleasant staff and excellent facilities. The location is exceptional with most points of interest being within 45 mins radius (walking). Lots of breakfast and dining options with breakfast options available from 6 AM and dining options available beyond midnight (and this was critical to folk like us with dietary restrictions (vegetarians))"
