"Great location! Very walkable area that is convenient to the subway. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating with keeping our luggage when we arrived early. Everything was clean. If I could add a couple things, I would’ve appreciated more places to charge phones/devices and a bigger variety for breakfast. I will say, the muffins looked very tasty. All in all, I’d stay again!"

"The hotel itself and room was amazing! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Very nice, clean and up to date hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel downstairs isn’t actually part of the hotel so it isn’t available for room service. We did attempt to go there but the menu was so small and honestly did not have something each of our family members would eat. My mother ate there once and had a burger. "This was our first trip to the financial district. We met friends of ours for an incredible night in the city. We originally had blocked midtown but decided we were hoping to be able to do ferry and 9/11 memorial so I switched hotels. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and weren’t able to do the outside activities, however, we are gonna come back in May and the for us are gonna stay here again. I will never stay anywhere but here for any future trips to New York City. If I could get more...

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. They showed us to our room with our luggage and help us navigate the amenities. It was a nice stay with a beautiful view and they offer third party steaming on their tv. We had the terrace view and it was beautiful night and day time. Thank you Arlo Midtown!"
