"This hotel was worth a try for a convenient spot downtown. It is overpriced for what we got. The bed sheets did not appear to be washed as they had hair and dirt flecks. The staff at check in seemed unhappy to be there. The shampoo and conditioner was thin and watered down. Breakfast had good options- basic. The water station was almost empty or non existent. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a family travelling. We will stay in the new area by the airport again in the future even if it requires a 20 minute drive to get to our appointments."

"I didn’t like that where the Oriental guest service person put me in room 140, it had no coffee maker, no writing pad, or writing pad, plus the heater that was in there didn’t work. Good thing I had a heater in my car, I went and, got the heater! That was the 2nd room that I was put in, that had no coffee maker! I’m so disappointed in the staff and how they place you in rooms like this! I won’t be back! The hotel lost my business."

"The hotel was thoroughly clean with beautiful decor. Secure underground parking was great to have. There were some technical issues with the payment system, however staff made us comfortable and provided excellent hospitality while resolving the issue. The hotel is a great central location within walking distance of many attractions and dining options. It also has everything you need for a great staycation at the hotel including custom spa services, virtual golf, exquisite food and drinks!"

"Carpets were dirty. The floor was loud to walk on in the room. Internet didn’t work. The breakfast was not fresh and very little offered. For the amount that was charged I could’ve stayed in a much nicer hotel downtown and had a decent breakfast"

"Pros: The breakfast was excellent, and staff were amazing! Big parking lot and very spacious room. Great location with lots of restaurants and a grocery store, easy drive to other places in the city. Cons: The carpet and bathrooms were outdated, small bathroom with not enough counter space in the bathroom. The room was very noisy."
