"Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer."

"I was honestly very shocked with this hotel. Most of the reviews that I read were pretty good. We stayed here for one night after visiting our daughter in college and the room smelt awful like it was a smoking room at one time, and though it is not now, it still smelt bad. The toilet bowl was loose on the ground, so if you were sitting on it and maneuvered your body the wrong way, at all it would potentially tip over. The rooms look like they were remodeled, but the smell took away from the work...

"The room was clean. The hotel Lacked up keep of maintenance such as dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby & a broken ice machine. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool didn’t have enough towels to dry off for the amount of people using it. "

Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

"This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner...

The room smelled so bad that I felt like my lungs got on fire… By the arrival found out that service dogs are not allowed at non-smoking rooms and I had to pay pet fee… which completely brakes the law… The bedding was filthy, walls were dirty and stained by the smoke… the smell was absolutely horrible… I had no idea that places like this one are allowed on Expedia. But the receptionist was nice."
