"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "

"This property is definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Although the towels appeared to be washed, they still had many stains, which was quite unpleasant. The walls are very thin, when people talk outside, it sounds like they are inside your room. The air conditioner is very old and blows directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to use during the night. Our room also had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which made me feel unsafe during the stay.

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle...
