"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. "The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. Simon on front desk.very helpful at all times. The rooms and the apartment was very clean. No views in the apartment we were staying in, the Burano apartment. "

"We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."

"スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。"

"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"
