"They call it partial beach view but it is not really anything. Room size are little smaller for a two bed room and for the price. Rooms with window on the side can have very limited view of ocean that too from balcony but with construction and adjacent high rises - there is no premium experience and reservation do not say it clearly (hotels.com should have more detail explanation). Staff is helpful. Restaurant menu is very limited and quality is ok for vegetarian people but restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. Location is good and pool is good."

"Very easy , sort of motel like , not crazy amenities a very simple pool , did not go in it so I don’t know more , very quiet property , two levels , no room service, private yes , rooms are clean , beds are firm and clen , the bed does not move or make noises , no tv in the room , but is ok . I stayed in a room with kitchen, refrigerator was good, I could not turn on the stove, too modern I think , the ac units were good , quiet ! Office was good and the reception was also good. But it’s the location , location location , the beach super close , and the restaurants and bars are less than a block away , good nite life , I would recommend this place , if you want clean simple private , nothing fancy , then this is a good place "

"The property had an outside waiting area which was comfortable. We had issues with air conditioner(not working ) and with flush. I found their picture deceiving as they are not onlioking the beachfront."
