"Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready."

"This was an amazing hotel with beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. The lazy river and the pool bar was a highlight. However the restaurant staff wasn’t the best, they were very slow and not the nicest. But this is the only complaint. The rest of the staff wasn’t extremely helpful and friendly."
