"Large room with a lot of on site amenities"

"The outside is beautiful. Rooms need updating and property offers bowling for a fee!!!! $30 for 1 hr+ cost of shoe rental, why stay on a resort when nothing is included! Playground is small!!! My kids were not amused and they are 6 & 9. They only have one small basket ball court. They were so pushy at check in wouldn’t even release our keys without trying to get us scheduled for a time share we drive over 4 hrs with 2 children on being autistic we were ready to get our key and go to the room....

"The first room had no working AC so we were moved to another room. The second room wasn’t much better but the AC worked. The jets were missing in the jetted tub. There was a roach on the ceiling. However the staff was very kind. "

"The staff were always friendly. That is the one plus for this property. It is apparent as soon as you step out of the lobby just how dated this property is. I would absolutely forgive that if the room was good. Our room was clean, however, we were immediately hit with a damp, musty smell. Our room maintained that smell the entire two night stay. "Huge room, very clean, great amenities. A small lingering smell from previous guests but otherwise awesome. This was an incredible deal price-wise, I will happily come back again."

"Room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Only stayed one night, so we didn't use many of the amenities. Hot tub and indoor pool was nice. Outdoor pool was also open. Went in it for a short time."

"Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately...

"We really liked this hotel! It's bright, clean, good breakfast with large variety, and exceptional staff. It's not fancy but at this price, that's not the point. A bus load of students arrived when we did, which made us question how much sleep we'd get. We didn't hear a peep! We would definitely stay again!"

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"
