"Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time"

"Loved the property but it’s a time share property and we couldn’t get our keys to our room without talking to someone. We were not interested and were in a rush to check in and head out. Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. "We stayed for a quick overnight after going to Busch Gardens during the day. Check in was super simple, staff were polite, and breakfast had good options. We really liked that the shower didn’t have a tub attached and how spacious the bathroom felt. The hotel was also in a super convenient location for food and shops. We would absolutely stay again."

"The first room had toilet issues. The second room had food under and around the furniture. The beds were clean as was the bathroom. The key card did not work upon second entry. The staff assisted but seemed more inclined to socialize with each other. The fountain area outside had a very high curb. I tripped and broke my phone. The breakfast was very limited to almost nothing. My sister and I were sad."

"Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area."

The worst thing was that during our stay our car was broken into as individuals were going through cars, trying to unlock them, and then taking items. We were woken up at 12:45 AM by police who had been called and chased the suspects, who then threw our car registration. "Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We experienced a smoke evacuation in the hotel and the staff made sure all residents were out of the hotel and safe. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful with lots of food choices. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. "This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room."
