"The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. It's good to know they clean the facilities, but that is a long time to have the bathrooms closed with a thousand guests in the water park."

"Everything there is amazing"

"I had to ask for a new room because the non-smoking room I had reserved reeked of cigarettes and I wasn't going to let my two kids sleep in a room like that. The hard wood floors made our feet completely black, they were so dirty. The room itself was fine but I wish it would have had a table to eat at. There was only an armchair and ottoman. Was also pretty noisy, I'm glad we brought our sound machine. Was fine for one night but would not stay here again."

"We went for a quick girls qeekend to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. The property was nice. Well stock immenities including a jacuzzi hot tub and sauna in the two bedroom Furniturea bit is older and dated but useable. My only complaint has to do with the hot water. It was very inconsistent. This morning I used the jacuzzi and the water started off very hot. By the time it was filled it was freezing. The same with shower. No use of complaining because I was leaving. If I stayed longer it would have been an issue. Otherwise good stay."
