"This is a relatively new resort. The experience was very relaxing. Staff well trained. Very nice arrival experience. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Italian menu was relatively limited. There are a number of snagging items that need to be addressed in the room. Also staff forgot to refresh drinking water in our room on our second day. Swimming in the sea was incredible. All in all we came away very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience."

"The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things you’ve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!"

"The Artemis Apartments are a true gem! The Artemis team is exceptional in their warmth and kindness and the property is a true oasis. We felt as if we had stepped into paradise! Stunning property with fabulous pool and amenities. The thought that has gone into every little detail is highly apparent and reflects the overall aim of guests having the best experience possible. Accommodations are spotless and are very tastefully equipped with everything you could need. Secluded, but close enough to be just a short trip to local villages and beaches, Our young adult sons regularly walked to the local beach. And just a twenty-five minute car ride to Hania gives you the best of both worlds. Artemis Apartments are magical! If you are fortunate enough to find a vacancy, grab it with both hands!"

"The hospitality of the owner and the property was great. Right up to the beach, quite and restful. Greece, Crete, Stavros are all perfect. Walking distance to Maria's Market and to restaurants without the crowds in some of the higher density vacation areas. You really get to spend time with the people. "
