Airport shuttle: 1 hr wait when property is 15 mins from MCO. Hotel staff: More rude on the phone or in person would be Very hard to achieve. Top notch rudeness. Area: Not a lot do or eat. Room: Vanity sink was plugged. Not the bath tub which I’ve seen before but the sink! There were some positive items: Breakfast was generous in hot options and variety. Lobby was spacious and well kept. Overall I would not recommend or come back. "

"What a beautiful hotel with the perfect location! We have been traveling quite a lot lately and have stayed in hotel after hotel. Even knocked them all out of the water in cleanliness and beauty and more. I knew the minute we walked in the door that our room was going to be nice, I just didn't know how nice. Top to bottom, it was spotless. In addition to being beautiful and clean, the beds were beyond comfortable. It took us all of 8 minutes to get to Orlando International airport the next morning. Thank you for the perfect ending to our trip! We will highly recommend and will definitely stay again!"
