"Beautiful townhouse, it was spacious, bright and clean; it’s a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to and from via grab, and that meant it was in a quiet and serene spot. The staff were very friendly, super responsive and helpful, we only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes. For me, the other all condition of the property was adequate, if you can overlook the minor repair works that were needed, sweet! I had a villa with a pool, the A/C worked fine & the pool was refreshing to jump into after a long day of adventures. Breakfast was included in my package, very basic, but enough. At the time i was there, many Indian tourists...

"Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. "We enjoyed every aspect of our time at the Ridge in Ubud. The staff and butler service were more than accomodating of all our requests and nothing was difficult. End of year escapade

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
