"Service is bad.
- The staff keep disturbing me for major and minor stuff. Keep calling me for small things even when I press the do not disturb button when I need some silence.
- I ordered grab mart and ask them to deliver to my room yet they didn’t send me in the end.
- I ask for takeaway cup for my coffee during breakfast the staff said he needs manager approval to do so… isn’t that basic service? I would rather they say No rather than that.
- careless service: they gave me coconut in room but no straw. Sop Buntut but no rice.
- they need all travellers passport to check out … is it real? It’s 2026 today.
- food is good though. The memory pillow was good too. Just service is extremely poor."
