"Kind staff, clean, very accomodating"

"In the morning you could hear every person in the building through the walls, very loud and very early. We stayed for one night and there’s a sign in the washroom stating that house keeping comes every other day of your stay, so I didn’t bother with a do not disturb sign because we were checking out the next morning. However, house keeping walked in on our room twice before our 11 am check out time. They did knock but the hall ways were so noisy already that I didn’t realize they were knocking on our door.. also because I was still trying to sleep. Finally, the bath tub drain wouldn’t stay closed so I couldn’t take a bath and the tab you pull up to route the water flow to the shower head only half worked so the shower head had half water pressure and the tub spout stayed open. It like I Showered in a puddle… The place was clean and continental breakfast was decent, fruit, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, oatmeal, - coffee/tea all day I did not visit the pool or gym Staff were friendly. I did not complain about the shower, it was late. "

"We were pretty pleased with the room. However I would suggest putting a kettle into the apartment style rooms. We bought mr. Noodles from the lobby and had to boil water in a pot on the stove. A simple small kettle in the cupboard like the toaster would have been amazing. Took half hour for the pot to boil our water. We also waited 3 days for our room to be cleaned and when the housekeeper came only made our beds and gave us new towels. She didn’t take the dirty ones, didn’t clean our bathrooms or even tidy anything up. She also did not remove any of our garbage which were all full. We were a but disappointed. And I think it should have been done on the Tuesday. Mid way through us being in the room. "

"Great price point for rooms, especially with a jetted tub. Free continental breakfast which is perfect. My room had a weird smell.. Couldn't tell what it was. The bed was comfortable "

"Great choice for a short stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 7 and its endless variety of great Chinese restaurants and dim sum. The hotel interior is clean, and the free outdoor parking is very convenient. My only minor issue was the sofa bed springs, which were a bit noisy when turning over at night. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the food scene!"

"We didn’t have the breakfast as we were in a hurry to go and we didn’t connect to the wifi. It was a nice clean place though with friendly staff. "
